“Rain is Coming!” Foundational scriptures: Genesis 2:1-18 and 1 Peter 4:10-11 In the garden called “life” that Our Lord has given to us, God wants us to prepare before His RAIN (blessings) are sent: Verse 5: For the Lord God had not sent the rain to the earth, for there was no one to WORK the ground. Man was created to work on the ground. God wants us to prepare, so Man has to: Manage. Are you willing to manage, willing to work the grounds given to us? Do you manage your life? Order and structure. Our God is a God of Order. He wants to bring order and structure into our lives. Balance. We must balance our governance of time. The number 4 is a biblical number for harmony and balance. For example: there are 4 seasons of the year, 4 points to a compass, 4 corners to the cross, etc. Streams. Knowing our gifts will lead us to identify our streams. This will prepare us for the multiple streams of income that are intended for us!

Haggai 1:8 gives additional insight into how God wants us to build His house. Pastor Ron Trevino enlightens us with his acronym: “B.R.I.D.G.E.” He reveals both positive and negative aspects for our consideration. We should also focus on building bridges, not barriers. Pastor Ron encourages us that when stones are thrown at us during our daily lives, we should catch them and use them to strengthen our house.
